Welcome to Economy Drilling Solutions

Chad Osborne has been in the directional drilling business for most of his career life, working mostly the Southern U.S. When the need for directional drilling support equipment surfaced, Chad explored some of the competitors in the market. Each failed to meet his high expectations, hence the development of the LO-K-TOR.

This water vacuum excavation unit is simple, dependable, and productive. The LO-K-TOR, which has a 10-year history, was developed by a directional drilling operator as an alternative option to more expensive, less efficient conventional pot-holers.

Acknowledgments:

"Henkels & McCoy, one of the largest independently owned firms serving the communications and utility industries, has purchased several LO-K-TOR'S and has utilized them in a variety of applications with very positive results."

As the area manager with Dolan Directional, Inc., Keller, Texas, stated, "The LO-K-TOR is easier to maneuver and works better than the other three competitor brands I carry that do the same work. It is by far the easiest to clean out and works stronger."

Study:

CGA's (Common Ground Alliance) DIRT (Damage Information Reporting Tool) released a study in December 2006 on root causes of damage to underground utilities. It was found that insufficient excavation/locating practices accounted for 33% of the leading root causes of utility events.

This study lays a firm foundation for the must-use of water pressure to locate underground utilities and pipes, thus the LO-K-TOR. www.commongroundalliance.com
