Service & Repair

LO-K-TOR is designed for user repair. No special tools are required. Consult the parts section of the manual for instructions.

Technical assistance is available, free of charge, from EDS. Contact EDS via the information provided during our hours of operation.

Factory repair is available. All shipping charges to and from the factory will be paid by the purchaser, in addition to the repair fee.

For 1 year from purchase date, Economy Drilling Solutions (EDS) will repair for the original purchaser, the frame, free of charge. All transportation charges will be paid by purchaser.

We offer a 90-Day warranty on any part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship or both. All transportation charges on parts submitted for replacement under this warranty will be paid by purchaser.

Economy Drilling Solutions reserves the right to make changes in design and changes for improvements on its products without imposing any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured and sold.
